About Shirley
Hi yogis! I am a yoga teacher and student with over a decade of personal practice experience. I am originally from Hong Kong and currently reside in Sydney, Australia.
I am dedicated to helping individuals to release stress and to build strength, both in body and mind through asana and meditation. My passion lies in empowering students to embrace a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to be welcoming and inclusive, offering a supportive space for all levels. I encourage my student to focus on their inner body through mindful breathing, cultivating a clear mind after each yoga practice.
